Hello, and welcome to my website! I am happy to share some of my work here. I have worked in Creative departments most of my professional life. My specialty is finding creative solutions - for marketing, for branding, for promotions, for copy, for clients.

For over 10 years, I was in charge of creative strategy, execution and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns for one of the largest entertainment brands in the world. From concept to delivery, from art direction to final edit, we produced dozens of pieces every week and delivered high-quality, engaging video, print and digital content. Having editorial and design oversight of on-air, off-air and all digital platforms for both Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. allowed me to develop a true understanding of how to unify and further the company’s branding through creative output.

I have led large teams of high-caliber creative people and learned to get the best out of them by fostering an excellent work environment. Years of deadline-driven work has allowed me to develop tremendous grace under fire. I also have tons of experience working with clients and talent, presenting and pitching campaigns and concepts and finding solutions for their needs.

Connecting with the audience in a meaningful way. My specialty is understanding what the audience wants and finding an original way to engage with them.
POF (2021-2024)
As Creative Director at Plenty of Fish, I led the team responsible for Talent Relations and all creative initiatives for the app’s Live Streaming section. The work showcased here drove a 120% increase in livestream engagement and contributed to over 80% of our $25 million annual revenue—all created by the in-house team I built and managed.



​Nickelodeon (2008 - 2018)
For nearly a decade, I led the Creative Team for Nick Latin America, managing staff across three countries. We developed campaigns, strategies, and communications that aired worldwide, earning dozens of awards along the way. Our team produced hundreds of pieces each month and collaborated closely with various departments, also overseeing creative for digital and client projects.

The Promaxes are like the Oscars! Sort of... Only they are given out for TV Promotions and Marketing campaigns. Spots I wrote, produced or directed won 12 awards over the years. Including:

ORIGINAL PRODUCTIONS
I worked on the development of a variety of locally produced shows. Working together with the creators, we tweaked and edited each episode from the synopsis through script revisions, art direction, storyboards, animatics, soundtrack and final mix. Spongebob Month - BOBRILISSIMO
One of my favorite parts of any project is working to determine the appropriate look and feel as well as visual references that guide the work. Over the years I have worked with some fantastic studios, designers and artists and truly cherish the process of exchange that happens when an idea I have created takes shape and develops into an artistically rich piece. CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
My bread and butter is coming up with new ideas and making them pop. From a tagline, to a script, to a new concept, to a campaign strategy - I see creative challenges as fun. Brainstorming and fine-tuning ideas to the specific needs of a project, budget or client are what I do best.

PRE-PRODUCTION
Having a broad range of pop culture references is a good start. I come into any project with my love of words, aesthetics, trends, music, art and world culture. From there, we develop general concepts and guidelines for any new project and put them into words to sell the ideas internally (to ourselves!) and externally (to everybody else!)

PRODUCTION AND POST
I love the Production process and have been involved in every aspect of it. Tweaking drafts, whittling words, adjusting designs, picking fonts, scrutinizing the edits - finding the right solution to the creative questions and making sure the final product delivers to its target audience. But also keeping the team happy, proud and motivated.
